Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the requested service and the materials to be removed.
Customers must:
Provide reasonable and safe access to the property and materials.
Identify materials that require special handling.
Inform us of known hazards or unsafe conditions.
Obtain any property-owner, landlord, building-management, or other required permission.
Remove or secure personal items that should not be taken.
Ensure that the service location is reasonably accessible.
P&M BIZ LLC may refuse or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the information provided.
P&M BIZ LLC does not accept every type of material.
Unless specifically agreed to in advance and legally permitted, we may refuse materials including, but not limited to:
Hazardous waste
Explosives
Ammunition
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Highly toxic chemicals
Radioactive materials
Biohazardous materials
Medical waste
Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials
Certain paints, solvents, fuels, oils, pesticides, or chemicals
Pressurized or hazardous containers
Materials prohibited by applicable disposal facilities or government regulations
We may refuse any material that we reasonably believe cannot be legally, safely, or properly transported, handled, or disposed of.
Customers must inform P&M BIZ LLC of any known hazardous materials or dangerous conditions before work begins.
If hazardous, prohibited, or unknown materials are discovered during a job, we may stop work and require the customer to arrange appropriate handling or disposal.
Additional charges may apply if specialized services are required and are agreed upon by the customer.
Demolition, construction cleanup, and debris-removal services may involve heavy materials, sharp objects, dust, uneven surfaces, structural hazards, and other risks.
Unless specifically agreed to in writing, our services generally consist of removal and cleanup and do not include engineering, architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, environmental remediation, or other specialized professional services.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permits and approvals that are required for work performed on their property unless P&M BIZ LLC specifically agrees in writing to obtain them.
Customers authorize P&M BIZ LLC and its authorized employees, contractors, or service providers to access the areas reasonably necessary to perform the services that have been requested and agreed upon.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access.
If access is unavailable or substantially more difficult than represented, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.
P&M BIZ LLC will use reasonable care while performing services.
Customers acknowledge that some removal activities may involve reasonable risks to floors, walls, doors, landscaping, driveways, stairs, or other property, particularly when removing large, heavy, bulky, or difficult-to-access items.
Customers should identify fragile surfaces, hidden conditions, or known property hazards before work begins.
P&M BIZ LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, concealed conditions, unsafe access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may refuse to remove any item that is prohibited, hazardous, unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for our services.
Items that cannot legally or safely be removed will remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due according to the terms communicated to the customer before or during service.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, cash, checks, or other payment methods made available by P&M BIZ LLC.
Additional charges may apply when authorized additional work or services are requested.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all amounts properly due.
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellation, missed-appointment, or rescheduling fees may apply when disclosed to the customer before the appointment.
P&M BIZ LLC may reschedule or cancel services because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, vehicle or equipment problems, staffing issues, regulatory restrictions, disposal-facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Materials collected by P&M BIZ LLC may be transported to appropriate disposal, recycling, transfer, donation, or processing facilities.
We may determine the appropriate disposal or recycling method based on applicable laws, facility requirements, material type, and availability.
We do not guarantee that every item will be recycled or donated.
We may take photographs of materials, work areas, completed work, or property conditions when reasonably necessary for estimates, documentation, customer service, dispute resolution, insurance, safety, or business records.
We will not intentionally publish identifiable customer information or private property images for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.
